Transcripts

All transcript requests will be handled through the secure portal in the SchooLinks application. You can access SchooLinks under the "Students" dropdown on the AHS Homepage.

All graduates from 2024 and beyond will request transcripts through the College Application Manager in SchooLinks. You can access the site under the "Students" dropdown in the AHS Homepage. With the College Application manager, official transcript requests are automatically sent to the designated recipient. If you are unable to use the College Application Manager, you may use the alternate method of requesting the Record Center.

If you graduated before 2024 you can access transcripts through Parchment for a small fee or you can create a SchooLinks account. Contact the registrar, Amy Flanders, to set this up if you graduated prior to 2024.  

How to request transcripts through the Record Center

Current AHS Students

You will log into your SchooLinks account and order through the Record Center. 

Unofficial transcripts can be accessed through Infinite Campus on the left-hand side under "Documents", "Transcripts" then "Unofficial Transcript - AHS".

PSEO Students

Students who are part time or full time PSEO students do NOT need to order a transcript to be sent to your Post-Secondary Institution. A transcript is automatically sent with your enrollment packet and paperwork. Also, PSEO students do NOT have to pay an application fee when enrolling as a PSEO student.

Alumni/Graduates of AHS

You may request a transcript to be sent through Parchment for a fee or you may contact the counseling office at Austin High School directly at 507-460-1812.
