Transcripts

AHS is transitioning to a new set of tools for College and Career Planning called SchooLinks. All graduates from 2024 and beyond will request transcripts through SchooLinks. Alumni who graduated prior to 2024 will still access transcripts through Parchment. All AHS students will have SchooLinks onboarding in Fall 2024. 

If you graduated prior to 2024, click here to order a transcript through Parchment. If you need help, you can utilize the User Quick Start Guide, contact the AHS Registrar or search the Parchment Help Site. There is a fee of $4.65 to order your transcript through Parchment. 

If you graduated in 2024 or beyond, you will order via SchooLinks.

How to request transcripts through the Record Center

Current AHS Students

You will log into your SchooLinks account and order through the Record Center. 

Unofficial transcripts can be accessed through Infinite Campus on the left-hand side under "Documents", "Transcripts" then "Unofficial Transcript - AHS".

PSEO Students

Students who are part time or full time PSEO students do NOT need to order a transcript to be sent to your Post-Secondary Institution. A transcript is automatically sent with your enrollment packet and paperwork. Also, PSEO students do NOT have to pay an application fee when enrolling as a PSEO student.

Alumni/Graduates of AHS

You may request a transcript to be sent through Parchment for a fee or you may contact the counseling office at Austin High School directly at 507-460-1812.
